Commitment to the protection of our environment
Preserving our natural environment and conditions for the life of future generations, safeguarding jobs and constantly improving working conditions in the Company's areas of operation are of special concern to the Management. The Management has therefore introduced an Environmental Management System, which satisfies the requirements of the internationally valid environmental standard ISO 14001.

Targets for continuous improvement of our environmental status
With the establishment of environment-related targets, and the setting up of an Environmental Management Programme, the Management has committed itself to continuous improvement of the environmental status.

Commitment to compliance with environmental regulations
Compliance with all environmental laws and regulations, relevant to the Company, and with all other relevant conditions, is a particular obligation. This is checked by means of internal environmental audits and by annual auditing, conducted by an independent certification Company.

Publication of the Environmental Policy
All the Company's employees have been informed about the objectives of the Environment Management System and the Environmental Policy practised. The Environmental Policy of Boll & Kirch Filterbau GmbH can be made accessible, on request, to all interested public groups.

Avoidance of Environmental Pollution and Waste
The Management and all employees are committed to avoidance of any possible unnecessary environmental pollution. Optimum use is to be made of available resources; the wastage of energy, water and raw materials is to be avoided. Waste products from processing are to be recycled in a reasonable, environmentally friendly manner, or disposed of with due care for the environment.
